We feel overwhelmed by the number of photos we got from our photographer, can you help us sort and choose our photos as we don't know where to start?

Absolutely!  An optional add-on to your package is having me sort your photos and select the best ones. I can narrow this down for you to make the final choice or I can select the ones I think should go in your album and you can see how it looks once your album is designed and then swap out any photos with your preferred ones if you choose.

How soon do you deliver my album to me after my wedding?

I know you’re itching to see your album the moment I start designing it, which is why I work diligently to deliver your album design to you within 3-4 weeks from receiving your photos and text. This timeframe is also dependent on you getting back to me in a timely fashion with any revisions or approvals along the way. The printing process then takes a further 3-4 weeks.

What’s your design style like?

My design style is generally one of simple elegance, I try to keep the pages as simple and uncluttered as I can whilst capturing the details and letting your stunning photos shine.  However, most importantly my desire is for your personality and style come through in the design of your album, so it truly feels like an extension of you and your special day or event.

Do we have to write the text for our story ourselves?

Your album is a legacy that you can pass on to future generations, it is about portraying who you are and telling your story in a way that is authentic to you.  So, in my opinion having a perfectly written story that is grammatically correct isn't going to do that if it's not told in your own voice, in the way that you would talk in a normal conversation with your friends.

So yes, I think it is great if you can write your own story as this means anyone reading your album years down the track, including yourself will get a much better sense of who you were at the time.  Just think, do you really want to read your story in a decade’s time, and it not sound anything like you?  Or do you want to read it and remember oh yeah, that’s what I was like back then.

I can definitely help tweak the text slightly if you would like.  If you don't have the time or just don't what to type up your story, then you can record the details and I can transcribe it for you or I do have access to a copywriter who can interview you and then write your story for you if this is something you really don't want to do yourself, this is an additional cost.  Also note that you can start writing your text bit by bit as you plan your wedding, or while your travelling etc, so it doesn't have to be one big overwhelming task.

What about the confidentiality of our story and images?

I do post your finished albums on my website and social media, however if you wish you can request that I don’t use certain photos or pages of your albums when I do this.  Also, if you would like your text to remain private, I can easily swap out your text with generic text if you prefer as well.  If you do require strict confidentiality please let me know in advance and I won’t post your album online and the only people who will need to view your album are myself and the Queensberry team creating your album.

What if our wedding or event isn't that elaborate and we don't have much to say?

The album is all about the two of you and you can include as much or as little as you want. Not every page has to have text, and some might just have short captions if that’s all you want to include.  It is entirely up to you want you want included in your album.
